3. They are very soft being 90% nylon. I am a size 30-32 waist and they seem to fit fine, but if anything, were a little big but hardly noticeable
4. A little tight in the back, at the legs.
5. Good value and vibrant colors. Nice fit, and very soft. They're boxer briefs, but the legs ride up almost instantly when walking around, so they really fit like briefs.
